Examinations

We hope to instil in every child a lifelong joy of dance and we aim to deliver the highest quality teaching in a disciplined and structured environment which allows them to flourish and achieve their potential.

At CPA, our Ballet, Jazz, Modern and Tap classes work towards the examinations offered by our international awarding body, The Imperial Society of Teachers of Dancing (I.S.T.D.). We hold exam sessions several times per year and children are entered as and when they are individually ready. 

These exams offer a very positive experience as we ensure that all children are thoroughly prepared and it is an excellent way for them to chart their progress whilst gaining in skill, confidence and achievement.
